Adam Croucher joins non-bank lender
Adam Croucher, the former Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) general manager for third-party lending, has joined non-bank lender Pepper Money as its new state manager for Victoria.
Croucher began his role with Pepper Money on 15 April and has been a longer-serving member of the mortgage and lending community, having worked in banking for 24 years. He spent almost 19 years with CBA prior to his departure in 2023.
Pepper Money suggested that his extensive experience equipped him with valuable insights.
Barry Saoud, Pepper Money’s general manager, mortgage and commercial lending, said Croucher’s leadership style is “hands-on, empathetic and results-driven”.
On his appointment, Croucher commented: “It is a privilege to join the highly respected Pepper Money team and I’m thrilled to be reconnecting with brokers to help them thrive and succeed.”
He added that he was “drawn to Pepper Money” because of its mission, strong broker value proposition, and “commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions”.
