Australian Loan Company has changed its name as part of a strategy to forge closer links with its sister financial services companies.

The aggregator, which is part of the Centrepoint Alliance group, has rebranded to Centrepoint Lending Solutions.

The aim is to better connect brokers with the rest of the Centrepoint business, which also includes accountancy, financial advice, funds management and insurance funding.

The aggregator's general manager of sales and marketing, Kevin Frost, said the rebrand was part of a changing culture within the group.

"There is a Centrepoint commitment to growing the business as one team, which should mean emerging prospects for our brokers via referral arrangements with our planners and we welcome that opportunity," he said.

Mr Frost recently joined the aggregator to help it become more competitive.
