Wizard Home Loans has joined forces with co-ownership legal service provider PodProperty to provide specialised services for single first home buyers looking to purchase property together.
New research by Wizard suggests 41 per cent of first home buyers are motivated by co-ownership because of soaring property prices. A further 86 per cent believe the government does not do enough to support single people looking to purchase property together.
