Rodney served in the Australia Army as an elite soldier from 1999 – 2004, during which time he was involved in operations both in Australia and overseas. His military career was cut short after being involved in a serious accident, which left him with life changing injuries and medically discharged from the Army. After spending a number of years going through rehab, Rodney entered the financial services industry, working in funds
management and then mortgage lending with one of Australia’s leading non-bank lenders, for over 20 years.
During both his military and corporate careers, Rodney has led high performing teams ranging from five to 20 individuals.
Rodney now competes in 100km and 100 mile ultra trail races around the world and serves as an Ambassador for Invictus Australia.
Rodney instils the habits and disciplines from his military career, to perform at a high level through his corporate roles and into his ultra trail racing.

After growing up in Mackay, QLD, Chris moved to Sydney at 19yrs to pursue his dream of playing in the National Rugby League (NRL). Following three years in lower grades, he was contracted full time with the Wests Tigers playing 27 NRL games between 2002 and 2006. When his rugby league career ended, Chris worked in banking and financial services for over 18 years most recently holding the position of General Manager Distribution & Marketing for leading non-bank lender, Resimac.
With a proven track record in overseeing high performing teams, Chris uses his experiences playing professional sport to be an active leader who focuses on development, striving to perform at higher standards while promoting team-work. Chris is as comfortable working with young athletes looking to progress as he is with seasoned company directors seeking higher performance from their employees.
Peter White is the Managing Director of the FBAA and first started as a volunteer with the FBAA in 2003 as the State President for NSW, then National President and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Peter’s banking and finance career spans over 41 years covering retail banking, Head of Private Banking, Associate Director of Marketing and Distribution in Investment Banking, established RAMS Home Loans first sales office in 1993 and has run several mortgage management and broking businesses of his own.
