A model built for growth
Aussie’s supported model offers brokers a robust resource ecosystem, including centralised associates and client solutions teams that triage company-generated leads, book qualified customer appointments, and manage loan processing. This liberates brokers from the all-consuming admin, allowing them to focus on what matters most – helping their customers achieve their property dreams and growing their own businesses in the process.
The adoption rate speaks volumes, with almost three-quarters of the broker network and 136 franchise stores opted into the model, with more scheduled to roll on in early 2025. This widespread adoption reflects a strong vote of confidence from our franchisees and brokers and the results indicate their faith is well-placed.
The data is showing consistent, scalable growth in key areas: more customers, more settlements, and more efficiency. Aussie retail stores subscribed to the model are delivering 1.75 times more company-generated loan settlements when compared to legacy support models, while early adopters have experienced a 113 per cent increase in company-generated revenue against target – a clear testament to the model’s effectiveness.

It’s a platform that provides confidence and empowers expansion. I’ve been able to open multiple stores and grow my business far beyond what I though was possible,” Blair said.
