Residential property analyst Residex and Connective have struck an agreement which will give Connective brokers access to discounted property estimate reports.
John Edwards, Residex CEO believes that borrowers with greater understanding of the true value of property will help ensure brokers achieve a higher conversion rate.
“I imagine there is nothing more frustrating for brokers than having mortgage applications fall over because there is a gap between what interested parties believe a property is worth and the value a lender assigns [to] it.
Connective principal Mark Haron said the partnership would also give brokers an opportunity to market to potential and existing clients.
“In this environment a free property estimate can be a powerful marketing tool and can be highly effective in establishing dialogue with local homeowners,” he said.
