“Connective offers a radically different model to all other aggregators,” Mr Lees told Mortgage Business.
“Unlike other models that are based on commissions, the connective model operates so that the more money the broker makes, the more they get to keep.”
Mr Lees, who has travelled to Perth more than a dozen times this year, said getting involved in the West Australian market was an important step for the aggregator.
“The brokers in Western Australia have proven themselves to be both mature and professional. They have dealt with licensing agreements for some time which indicates a high level of commitment to their trade,” he said.

The Western Australia arm will be managed by Melissa Preston.
