There is growing speculation that Google may soon enter the aggregation sphere.
According to AAP, earlier this week LendingTree, a US based online tool provider that allows borrowers to get quick offers from multiple lenders, launched a law suit against its technology provider Mortech.

The suit claims that Mortech signed an exclusivity agreement with LendingTree but has since been found to be working with Google on its plans to launch an aggregation service in the US in September.
Screen shots taken from Google’s proposed service indicate that it will give customers loan offers and contact information for lenders.
In a written statement from Google, the company said it is currently ‘working on a small ad unit test’ involving a limited number of mortgage-related searches.
A court hearing is planned for 2 September 2009.
