AFG’s top performing NSW-based brokers and brokerages have been recognised at the aggregator’s annual state awards.
Held at Doltone House in Sydney last week, the three-course, five-star luncheon celebrated the achievements of the aggregator’s top performing individuals and groups from across the state.

Oxygen was the big winner on the day, taking home the coveted Brokerage of the Year award.
Speaking about the win, Oxygen’s general manager Alan Hemmings said he was pleased to collect such a significant award.
“This is fantastic,” he said. “I really want to thank the Oxygen team not only for their continued hard work, but for welcoming me so warmly into the business.
“Oxygen has been doing really well and we hope to keep up our momentum. I look forward to a very successful year ahead.”
Apple Home Loans senior mortgage consultant Roger Guo took home the other big award on the day, claiming the title of Broker of the Year.
Mr Guo said he was “humbled” by the win.
“I know the competition for this award is very tough, so I am so humbled to take the award today. I want to thank AFG for their continued support as well as all of the lenders and their excellent BDMs,” he said. “Finally, I would like to thank my family and my wife.”
