Australia’s Aggregator of the Year has bolstered its support team with the addition of an industry stalwart.
Yesterday, Connective announced the group had appointed Matt Cusworth as sales manager for Western Australia.

Joining Connective with a wealth of experience in mortgage broking and business development roles in the banking and aggregation services sectors, Mr Cusworth will play an instrumental role in ensuring Connective’s continued growth in Western Australia.
Connective principal Murray Lees said Mr Cusworth’s background as a mortgage broker helps him understand the intricacies of the industry and the pressures that brokers face on a day-to-day basis.
“Matt joins our WA broker support manager Marilyn Pratt and together they will form a great team to further build our presence in Western Australia,” he said.
“Connective has been making significant inroads into the WA market, experiencing 67 per cent year-on-year growth over the past 18 months.
“We see WA as a key market for Connective, moving forward. With his extensive experience and unique skill set, Matt will play an instrumental role in driving our continued success and overseeing the expansion of our footprint in the West.”
