Vision Aggregation has enabled its brokers to electronically Lodge an application without the need for paperwork.

The technology has many features, including a feature that automatically populates 'e-lodge' forms and can scan, convert, PDF and email documents all from a tablet or iPad.

Brokers can now also link all of their clients’ properties to RP Data to alert the broker when their clients list that property for sale or advertise it for rent.

Vision founder Matt Ivers said Vision had customised its software to help brokers do more business.

"We are really pleased that brokers have not only embraced the technology but also changed their business practices to align with it,” he said.

“We have a few other exciting technology updates that will be released in the coming weeks.”
