Mr Lees also expressed his gratitude to the brokers and lenders who have supported Connective over the past 10 years.
“If you go back to when it all began our vision wasn’t as big as what it is today,” he said. “I think one thing we have been very good at is reinventing ourselves to suit what brokers need. The market is sophisticated and we have had to grow with that.
“We have said all along that Connective is just an idea and it really is the brokers that have believed in us, and for that we are very thankful.”
Speakers at the three-day conference include Victoria Cross recipient Corporal Benjamin Roberts-Smith; social analyst Mark McCrindle; music legend James Morrison; Olympian Geoff Huegill; and round-the-world yachtswoman Jessica Watson.
The Conference, held at Twin Waters Resort, also included a gala dinner and the Connective Excellence Awards.
