Astute has taken a stake in the boutique franchise operation Australian Mortgage Brokers (AMB).
According to Astute director Brad Wood, the company has been in the market for an aggregator for some time.

“Astute has wanted to grow and expand its national footprint for many months and when the opportunity arose with AMB we jumped at it,” Mr Wood said.
“AMB has a similar culture and quality operators in its business and that suits our model perfectly.”
Both companies said they will work closely together to identify opportunities to add value to AMB franchisee’s businesses moving forward.
