Aussie Home Loans clients can earn free overseas travel when they take out mortgages under a new partnership with Virgin Australia.
The partnership between Aussie and Velocity Frequent Flyer will see Aussie clients earn points when they take out a home loan of at least $200,000 or a personal loan of at least $3,000.
A client with a $500,000 mortgage will earn enough points to book a return flight from Sydney to Auckland or a one-way ticket to Los Angeles.
Aussie executive chairman John Symond said the Virgin partnership would provide a great opportunity for new Aussie customers.
Virgin said the partnership would offer Virgin customers one of the largest points earning opportunities outside of air travel.
“We know how important it is to choose the right loan, and our members will now be rewarded when seeking high quality assistance from Aussie whether they are moving, investing, refinancing or buying their first home through Aussie, all with the added benefit of earning Velocity Points,” Virgin said.
