People’s Choice managing director Peter Evers said he is pleased the credit union has been acknowledged for its dedication.
“It’s great to know, without a doubt, that we are really delivering for our 345,000 members Australia-wide, because customer satisfaction truly is what it’s all about for us at People’s Choice,” he said.
“By really embracing the simple philosophy that we’re about the people, not profit, we really do see that ‘pay off’, so to speak.”
People’s Choice boasts approximately 1,100 employees and has more than 50 branches across five states.
Mr Evers noted a key focus for the credit union had been improving services for members, such as transaction accounts and an upgrade of digital platforms, based on recent feedback.
People’s Choice also scooped up at the recent 2015 Mozo Experts’ Choice Awards where the credit union was presented the gold award for long-term personal and business term deposit accounts.
