The role of the aggregator BDM is twofold: support existing brokers to facilitate deals but also help drive recruitment/ maximise retention.

This award recognises the top performing aggregator BDM for FY2013/2014 in each state and is open to all BDMs that meet the category requirements. BDMs will be assessed on associated broker volumes, retention and recruitment performance plus their broker servicing credentials.
