“We are delighted to be offering our members this industry-first opportunity to further their business expertise and inspire growth,” PLAN Australia CEO Anja Pannek said.
“Professional development is a key focus for us at PLAN Australia and this is just another example of our commitment to delivering innovative training and education to our members.”
The program will be centred on business innovation, scaling strategies for a growing business and leadership training.
Brokers will also visit several businesses in the region to observe the practical implementation of business strategies.
PLAN said that it would also create peer forums, case studies, webinars and monthly articles for those participating in the course.
“The program recognises that brokers are also business owners who lead thousands of businesses of varying sizes across Australia.
“As an aggregator, we play an important role in partnering with brokers who are looking to take their business to the next level,” the CEO added.
The aggregator said that the program comes following increasing scrutiny on education and training.
Ms Pannek said: “This is a landmark time for our industry — competition is intense and the regulatory spotlight unwavering. At PLAN Australia, we believe the role of professional development must therefore be front and centre.”
