Vow Financial has promised its broker partners to provide immediate service or pay them $100.

According to the newly formed aggregator, any message left for a Vow representative will be returned within four business hours, or the broker will receive $100.
Vow marketing manager Matt Mitchener said the initiative was another way for the aggregator to show its broker partners the commitment it has to better broker service.
“To our knowledge, Vow is the only aggregator to offer this guarantee to its broker network. We have promised to listen and respond to their needs.”
Vow chief executive Jeff Zulman said the aggregator’s national coverage and flexible structure meant the team could offer greater access, guaranteed response times and ongoing consultation.
“Vow’s continuing commitment to improving service to its broker partners is based on feedback gained from hundreds of hours of consultation with Vow brokers which revealed there were many brokers who were unhappy with service and by the way they were treated by other mortgage aggregators,” Mr Zulman said.
