“Finsure is delighted to welcome Chelsea, Cherish and Rachel, and we look forward to their contribution to our broker network,” Finsure general manager of aggregation Simon Bednar said.
“The continued growth of our 1,700-strong broker network necessitates expanding our highly regarded BDM team.”
Rachel Johnson, former broker support manager at Bankwest, has also been appointed as Finsure’s new business coach, based in Melbourne.
Mr Bednar said Ms Johnson would offer marketing strategies and recruitment support while also managing broker support staff and assisting with accountancy, time management and business planning.
“Their job is to work with our brokers to help them become better business owners, not just better brokers,” he said.
“Our training and education program is not just limited to teaching brokers how to be better salespeople.”
He concluded: “The training and education machine developed by Finsure takes a far more holistic approach when it comes to supporting broker business development.”
