Mr Smith, who left Mortgage Choice this month following its acquisition by REA Group, aims to bring “a unique level of energy and tenacity” to the auction space, through continuous involvement in a campaign by Mr Smith with the associated agent, agency and vendor.
While physical auctions are not currently being held due to the extended Sydney lockdown, Mr Smith has acknowledged his own capacity “to adapt and successfully facilitate sales” via online processes.
Prior to joining Mortgage Choice, Mr Smith was the senior network development manager and senior auctioneer at LJ Hooker Corp and had also previously held the roles of business growth and development manager and group auctioneer at Ray White.
