Former NSW partnership manager for FAST, Mimi Jawad joins MoneyQuest as the group’s state manager for NSW and Queensland.
Having worked at Mortgage Choice as a franchise business manager for almost six years and at FAST in the business development space for the past four, Mimi Jawad brings more than 10 years of industry experience.

Ms Jawad will support the group’s MoneyQuest and Buyers Choice brokers across NSW and Queensland.
Over the course of her career, Ms Jawad has assisted brokers with lead generation, lead conversion, marketing, diversification of services and income streams, business planning, systems training, and business succession planning.
She is also an experienced user of MyCRM (loan processing software) and will serve as an added layer of support as MoneyQuest and Buyers Choice brokers transition over to the new platform.
Ms Jawad said she was keen to help MoneyQuest and Buyers Choice brokers in any way and enhance their value propositions.
“Whether that’s through organising networking events, connecting them with lenders on the ground, providing MyCRM support, building business plans or assisting them with loan scenarios, it’s all about equipping them with the tools, knowledge and solutions they need to succeed,” Ms Jawad said.
“Having presence on the ground makes a real difference, so I’m very excited to be that go-to person for the MoneyQuest and Buyers Choice brokers in NSW and QLD.
“Being based in NSW and having the ability to travel to QLD easily will allow me to give them the attention they deserve.”
She said the “newly created” position was appealing, because it will allow her to explore a wide range of strategies and processes, as well as work with managing director Michael Russell, for a second time.
“Michael and I worked together when he was CEO at Mortgage Choice, and I’m very excited to be working under his leadership again… and being a part of what he is building at MoneyQuest and Buyers Choice,” Ms Jawad said.
Managing director Mr Russell welcomed Ms Jawad to the MoneyQuest group.
“Having worked with Mimi at Mortgage Choice, I’ve seen firsthand the genuine care she has for her brokers and the way she helps them to build their businesses. I’m so happy to have her back,” Mr Russell said.
“We created this role to help our wonderful brokers in NSW and Queensland further develop their businesses, and there is no one better equipped to guide them than Mimi.”
