outsource Financial partners with Gold Coast Titans NRLW team

Aggregation group outsource Financial has become a positional partner of the Gold Coast Titans NRLW Team.

outsource Financial has become an official partner of the Gold Coast Titans women’s team after taking on a positional partner spot on the Gold Coast Titans National Women’s Rugby League (NRLW) team jersey.

The aggregator — which is the only aggregator group in the mortgages space founded, owned and operated by women (Tanya Sale and Andrea Tassis) — will now see its logo feature on the sleeves of the training tops.

Speaking of the partnership, outsource Financial founder, owner and chief executive Ms Sale said she was “extremely proud” to support women’s sport.

“I am a passionate supporter of women in sport; always have been, always will be,” Ms Sale added.

“It is exciting to see women’s sport picking up traction and popularity more and more within Australia’s cultural sporting identity; and outsource Financial is extremely proud to be part of supporting that trajectory.”

Gold Coast Titans CEO Steve Mitchell said: “It’s wonderful to have outsource Financial involved in our NRLW program. Tanya [sale] has been able to build outsource Financial into a market-leading business and that’s exactly what we want our NRLW program to be.

“The support of partners like outsource Financial is allowing us to create a pathway for young athletes to go from grassroots to elite athlete right here on the Gold Coast.”

Ms Sale has herself been a sportsperson, competing on a national level for women’s touch football and winning several national titles.

Following this, the outsource Financial CEO joined the women’s rugby union movement in Queensland, which resulted in the inaugural women’s rugby union competition.

Ms Sale played in the position of half back in the inaugural Women’s Rugby Union in the Sunshine State when it launched and continued to play for several years.

She told The Adviser that one of her sporting career highlights was competing against New Zealands women’s rubgy union team, which she said was “truly an amazing experience”.

It was during her sporting career that she first met Karyn Murphy, who is now the head coach of the Gold Coast Titans NRLW Team and “an absolute legend in women’s football,” Ms Sale said.

Likewise, Ms Murphy stated: “Our goal is to bring premierships back to the Gold Coast and we can’t do that without the support of brands like outsource Financial.

“Tanya is a long-time backer of women’s sport and I’m thrilled that she’s thrown her support behind our NRLW program at the Titans.”

As well as partnering with the Gold Coast Titans NRLW team, outsource Financial is also a gold partner of the Women in Finance Awards 2022.

Hosted by Momentum Media, the Women in Finance Awards recognises the women leading the charge across the finance industry.

The 2022 awards program — which culminates in a cocktail luncheon event on Thursday, 3 November at The Star in Sydney — sets the benchmark for excellence while celebrating the outstanding contribution made by women to propel the industry.

This year, the sixth annual Women in Finance Awards will recognise the hard work, dedication, and stellar results of women across 28 individual and group categories.

Entrepreneurs, chief executives, regional professionals, thought leaders, and mentors from across accounting, banking, insurance, financial advice, funds management, mortgage and finance broking and superannuation will all be championed at the awards.

At the end of the ceremony, the highest scoring individual from the individual category winners will be crowned as the recipient of the prestigious Women in Finance Excellence Award.

Nominations and submissions close on 8 September 2022, with finalists announced and tickets going on sale on 7 October 2022.
