In addition, Finsure has expanded the program along with the rebranding, launching the Thrive product range. This new range broadens Finsure Loans commercial and residential suite, funded by property lending specialist Thinktank.
Mr Bednar stated the aggregator believes this will be a “superior experience” for brokers and clients through its simplicity and unified solution.
“At Finsure Loans, we take pride in offering a wide range of loan options that can be tailored to the client’s unique preferences and needs,” Mr Bednar said.
“Our products cover customers for both prime and specialist lending. With the added benefit of direct support from their dedicated Finsure Loans BDM across all states, every loan helps us to reinvest back into our broker channel and provide a better experience to our brokers and their clients.”
Furthermore, Finsure national commercial manager Jas Fazlic said Finsure Loans’ proposition has been enhanced with the addition of the Thrive product range along with its existing Pepper-funded Plus range.
“This expansion of our product range further boosts Finsure Loans’ presence in the lending market and provides more value for our broker network,” he said.
“We can offer more choice and product options with Finsure Loans Thrive, broadening the existing commercial and residential suite. The new range also offers brokers an SMSF option as well.
“Another great feature of the commercial range is the ability to offer 30-year loan terms up to 80 per cent LVR with no annual reviews, reoccurring fees, or hidden margin adjustments.”
Thinktank’s CEO Jonathan Street said: “Thinktank’s partnership with Finsure is incredibly important to us, and this collaboration marks a significant milestone in our shared commitment to empowering brokers to deliver the best outcomes for their clients.
“Finsure Loans Thrive embodies our brand values and dedication to helping brokers grow their business by providing straightforward, commercial residential and SMSF lending solutions tailored to suit their clients’ individual needs.
“We’re excited to offer brokers the opportunity to further diversify through Finsure Loans Thrive, allowing them to expand their services, enhance client relationships and unlock potential new revenue streams.”
