Windram has more than 18 years of experience in the broking industry, having been the state manager of Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia, at the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia (FBAA) for the last four years and a manager of broker relationships at Keystart for 14 years before that.
His appointment – effective from today (11 March) – makes him the eighth member of the aggregator’s state leadership team.
In his new position, he will be tasked with supporting brokers in Western Australia.
The chief executive of outsource Financial, Tanya Sale, said that Windram’s commitment to broker relationships was impressive.
She commented: “Mark is quality. He will be a great fit for outsource Financial and I really believe he is going to take our brokers in Western Australia to new heights.
“I wanted someone with the experience, knowledge, and aptitude to continue the trajectory of organic growth, that we have gained momentum with over the past 12 months.
“I believe Mark is the right person for this, and I look forward to seeing how he makes this role his own, and the impact he will have on WA’s growth.”
Windram said the opportunity was one he “couldn’t pass up”.
The new outsource Financial relationship manager for Western Australia said: “I’m incredibly excited to get into the next phase of my career; especially with the opportunity to operate within my home state.
“The aspect I’ve always enjoyed most about any role I’ve had is working with brokers. I found myself wanting to be more involved in their success and growth, and in my experience, that aligns perfectly with the ethos and culture of outsource [Financial].
“Given my lending background, I’m keen to hit the ground running, meet the WA brokers and start workshopping solutions for whatever they need to throw at me. I’m ready!”
