Finsure partners with Ruan Burger

The broker coach’s mentoring program has become available to Finsure brokers.

Aggregator Finsure has partnered with mortgage broker coach Ruan Burger, allowing brokers under Finsure to access the Success&Broker training program.

According to the aggregator, the partnership will allow Burger to share his knowledge with a network of more than 3,300 brokers.

Brokers operating under Finsure will receive the first explanatory session of the course free of charge, according to the chief executive of Finsure Group, Simon Bednar.

Burger, who has been a broker since 2007, and owned his company Success&Broker since 2021, is “a passionate advocate for mortgage brokers”, according to Finsure.

Bednar said that the Success&Broker program was an “extension” of the aggregator’s current training resources and would “[empower] brokers to unlock their full potential”.

Bednar commented on the partnership: “We are incredibly excited to be working alongside Ruan.

“His track record speaks for itself, but I’ve been lucky enough to see his program firsthand and witness the benefits.”

The CEO continued that the program would cover how to run a business and deliver on goals, rather than focusing only on the mortgage process.

He said that where the program “really stands apart from other courses is that traditional industry training only focuses on the mortgage process, while Success&Broker covers how to successfully run a business and to set and deliver goals to become more successful.”

Burger said that the partnership with Finsure would support his team to reach a greater audience and have a significant impact on the financial services industry.

He said: “After so many years in the industry, I am keen to share what I have learnt and help others feel the same level of satisfaction I felt as my business grew.”

Burger commented that he wanted to support brokers by “[eliminating] the guesswork and “[improving] transparency”.

The coach continued: “A lot of the lessons I learned during my time as a mortgage broker are foundational to my Success&Broker program. I want to help eliminate the guesswork, improve transparency, and, ultimately, help brokers grow sustainably to maximise their long-term success.”
