Megerditchian was a business development manager (BDM) for Finsure for almost nine years before entering her new role and was previously a business development executive for Loan Market between June 2014 and June 2015.
A former banker and broker, Patsouras’ previous role was the state manager for Victoria/Tasmania/Western Australia/South Australia as well as the state business manager for Victoria.
He was also the retail franchise manager of Mortgage Choice in Melbourne’s CBD from 2017–18 and was subsequently a Victorian state manager for LoanKit prior to joining Finsure.
Both Megerditchian and Patsouras have already commenced with their new positions as of the week commencing Monday, 29 April.
Finsure chief executive Simon Bednar said that these appointments were “reflective of the recent growth experienced by Finsure” that now has more than 3,300 brokers in its national network.
“We are seeing our market share increase across every state in Australia, welcoming more than 1,000 new brokers to our network in the last 24 months,” Bednar said.
“Noushig and Chris have a deep understanding of their regions and will help drive further expansion.”
Megerditchian – who is now in charge of overseeing NSW, the ACT, Northern Territory, and Queensland – said she is “excited about the new challenge”.
“Since announcing the appointment to our network, the support has been overwhelming,” she said.
“Having personally worked with hundreds of brokers over the last decade at Finsure, I’m certain that I’ll be able to reach thousands more in my new role and help leverage my experience to their full potential.
We also recently welcomed a new NSW business development manager, Vy Le, plus an additional Queensland BDM, Naythan Carl, to better support our expanding network across NSW and QLD.”
Meanwhile, Patsouras will be responsible for Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia.
Commenting on his role, Patsouras said he was optimistic about the opportunities in his new-found position.
We’ve had strong growth across the board, led by WA and SA,” he said.
The core group of brokers in our network in those states are outstanding and have given us the stability and support to help us reach more and more brokers. We have big plans for WA and SA in the coming months.”
