The aggregator said that the partnership aims to “empower” brokers amid the current economic environment.
SFG brokers will now have access to Deposit Assure’s FLEXI deposit bond product, which has instant issuance and provides home buyers with a pre-approved deposit bond of up to 10 per cent of a property’s purchase price.
The deposit bond provider said the product can be used to bid at multiple auctions, has no upfront costs, and is valid for up to six months. SFG said that the product allows buyers to make “swift decisions and property acquisitions”.
The FLEXI deposit bond product eliminates waiting periods, the aggregator said, and allows buyers to act promptly outside of business hours, including on weekends.
Speaking on the partnership, Blake Buchanan, general manager of SFG, said: “This collaboration reaffirms our dedication to equipping brokers with intuitive tools that simplify transactions for both buyers and sellers.”
Etienne Rizzo, chief executive of Deposit Assure, said that he was “thrilled” to be partnering with the aggregator for “this exciting collaboration.”
“This partnership not only leverages the obvious synergies between the two businesses but also harnesses our boutique service offering to empower SFG members to navigate the complexities of the current real estate market with ease,” he said.
SFG said that the partnership would simplify real estate transactions and demonstrate a combined commitment to “customer satisfaction”. The aggregator said that the partnership would create an improved experience for brokers and buyers.
The announcement comes after Deposit Assure partnered with Finsure last month and Purple Circle in December of last year.
