Connective welcomes new state manager for SA

by Annie Kane11 minute read

A new state manager has been appointed at Connective for South Australian brokers, following the departure of long-serving employee Justine Hockley.

Aggregation group Connective has this month welcomed Karlene Tsoleridis as its new state manager for South Australia.

Tsoleridis takes over the position from long-serving Connective employee Hockley, who stepped down earlier this year to take a career break.

The new hire has more than two decades of strategic business development experience and was most recently a business development manager (BDM) for Adelaide-based brokerage Smith Finance Brokers.

She also worked closely with brokers when she was the general manager for business development at finance brokerage Westphalian Finance and Insurance and has more than 10 years of experience in banking, having previously worked as a transaction banking manager at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), the Bank of Melbourne, and BankSA.

In her new role, Tsoleridis will drive Connective’s on-the-ground broker support and growth in the southern region, leading state-specific business development activities and support functions, working directly with partnership manager Rebecca Tanner.

She will also be charged with driving statewide growth through Connective’s product diversification strategy, including Connective Home Loans and Connective Asset Finance.

Welcoming the new South Australian state manager to the team, Brad Clucas, Connective’s head of broker channel, said: “Karlene’s deep expertise and customer-focused approach make her an invaluable addition to our team and an ideal leader to continue our strong commitment to South Australia’s broker community and lender partners.

“With her proven track record in business management and strategic problem solving, we’re confident Karlene will build on the success we’ve established and further Connective’s dedication to delivering exceptional support, efficiency, and transparency to our brokers.”

Tsoleridis said: “I’m thrilled to join Connective and look forward to building strong relationships with brokers across South Australia.

“Connective’s dedication to providing unparalleled support and technology resonates deeply with my own commitment to helping brokers achieve sustained growth and success.

“I cannot wait to leverage my experience to deliver value and empower the near 250 South Australian brokers I now look after.”
