Brokers aggregating under Purple Circle Financial Services have become the latest to access Salestrekker’s new integrated platform.
Aggregation group Purple Circle Financial Services has started using integrated lending, origination and customer relationship management (CRM) platform Salestrekker 2.0, after going live with the new platform last week.
Powered by Salestrekker 2.0 (which has been in development for over two and a half years), the new platform includes customised client portals, policy search tools, and in-built property reports and calculators and utilises open banking, digital compliance, and integrations into lender and fintech systems.
The platform also supports multiple finance types, including mortgages, commercial loans, and asset finance.
Frank Paratore, director of Purple Circle, said the implementation of Salestrekker 2.0 was aligned with the group’s belief in supporting brokers with the right tools.
“Technology should help brokers run their business more efficiently – and that’s what Salestrekker 2.0 does. Our job is to make sure our brokers are supported to get the most out of it,” he said.
“We deliberately took a structured, staggered approach. It was training, training, training – deep dives, Q&As, and hands-on sessions. We had the luxury of transitioning from a robust system into what I call the Rolls Royce of platforms – Salestrekker 2.0. It’s not about fixing something broken, it’s about levelling up.”
Paratore also highlighted the strength of the partnership between Purple Circle and Salestrekker, saying: “With support and direct conversations with Salestrekker founder Dalibor Ivkovic and customer success lead Heather Gallagher, Purple Circle had both guidance and influence every step of the way.”
Commenting on the Purple Circle rollout, Salestrekker CEO Dalibor Ivkovic said: “The team at Purple Circle has been incredibly well prepared and proactive. They’ve taken this rollout seriously and are doing the work to help their brokers adopt the platform properly.
“For us, it’s great to see a partner recognising how central tech can be to broker success – and putting in the time to make that happen.”
Next wave in aggregator tech
Purple Circle follows the lead of SFG, which was the first aggregator to fully roll out its version of Salestrekker 2.0, which was initially launched in 2023 before being reimagined following broker feedback and technological advancements.
The new CRM platform embraced by Purple Circle is the latest in a swathe of major CRM transformations in the aggregation space.
In recent months, Connective has unveiled a number of updates to its Mercury Nexus platform, including AI-powered automation and its Financial Passport, harnessing NextGen’s open banking technology.
In March, Loan Market Group launched MyCRM Diversified, an “end-to-end CRM for residential, commercial and asset finance”, which brings all deals and lender policies together under one CRM.
Meanwhile, Lendi Group (the parent company of the Aussie and Lendi brokerage brands) has transformed its CRM system after rolling out a swathe of technology updates as part of its repositioning of the Aussie brand, including a new Aussie App, and a new tool for brokers that aims to help them deliver faster, more accurate lending advice.
