The aggregator has selected a range of experienced and professional business and equipment finance specialists in each state to help brokers deliver a broad range of business finance solutions to clients.
Products include motor vehicle finance, plant and equipment finance, commercial property finance, cash flow finance and franchise finance as well as construction and development finance.
PLAN chief executive officer Ray Hair said brokers are constantly looking to build their business and bottom line by delivering greater services to their clients.
In addition, he said clients are constantly looking for greater services from their broker.
“It’s essential that our members are well resourced with the tools to meet clients’ evolving financing needs, especially those seeking cash to build their businesses,” Mr Hair said
“We’ve created this new referral program to give further weight to our members’ service proposition, backed by the expertise that writing business and equipment finance requires,” he said.
Mr Hair believes that brokers who don’t provide business/ equipment finance will not only miss out on valuable revenue, they run the risk of losing a client to another broker or lender that can fulfil the client’s need.
“The need to diversify income streams has been a key focus for brokers over the past few years, particularly when lenders decided to cut commissions. However the rationale for diversification is far greater than remuneration alone. Brokers should be able to meet all the finance requirements of their client if they are to provide a comprehensive service.”
