Connective has announced it will offer five Intellitrain scholarships to its brokers to help improve their professional development.

Each scholarship, valued at over $3,000, will comprise a Diploma Financial Services (finance/mortgage), a 12-month CPD webinar program subscription, and face-to-face mentoring sessions covering sales, marketing, networking and business growth strategies.

The scholarships will be offered to members across Connective’s national network of brokers who best demonstrate their high standards in performance and commitment to the profession.

Connective principal Murray Lees said the scholarships are designed to deliver the chosen brokers with a range of skills which will drive positive changes in their work practices.

“Notwithstanding stricter legislative obligations surrounding professional standards, those brokers seeking to secure a competitive advantage will be focusing on education and training as a way of attaining the lead on their competitors,” Mr Lees said.
