The award, which is open to franchise owner operators with two or more staff, gives the franchise the ability to compete at the national awards program to be held in October this year.
Franchise owner Anthony Smith said the accolade was a very pleasant surprise for both him and his team.
“My team and I are ecstatic to have won the state award for franchises of our size. I feel very honoured to be recognised as a leader amongst the broader Victorian franchising industry. We are glad all of our efforts are paying off and we are looking forward to trying our luck at the national award in October,” he said.
Mortgage Choice state manager Victoria and Tasmania Max Billi said Anthony and his team should be congratulated for their motivation and dedication to taking their franchise business to new heights.
“Without the efforts of franchisees, who put their heart and soul into their businesses, Mortgage Choice would not exist,” Mr Billi said.
“Anthony is a staunch industry advocate, taking every opportunity to highlight the benefits of belonging to a franchise system with strong support structures and a reputable brand. We wish him and the team at Cheltenham the best for the national awards.”
