Choice chief executive officer Stephen Moore said the aggregator is currently focused on “creating best practice processes, efficient business management, and most importantly, working with members to help them grow their businesses”.
“Our adage for members is ‘your success is our success’ and this translates into the close partnership we have created with them.”
Mr Moore’s comments come just one week after the company took out the coveted Aggregator of the Year award at the Australian Broking Awards.
Choice was recognised as the market leader at the Australian Broking Awards because of the company’s capabilities to ensure a high-touch model that was relevant to members, no matter what stage of their business cycle.
According to judges, Choice’s business model is built on a basic premise – the true partnership between them and their brokers.
“But we won’t rest on our laurels,” Mr Moore said.
“We’ll continue to work hard on member engagement, communication and importantly improving our tools for supporting member business growth. This is our commitment to members and essential to our evolution as a business.”
According to Choice’s most recent member survey, 85 per cent of members see themselves as a valued partner of the group, with 91 per cent agreeing that Choice demonstrates integrity and is ethical in dealing with members.
