Connective has bolstered its operations in Western Australia with the appointment of Renee Blethyn as WA sales manager.

Ms Blethyn joins Connective with a wealth of experience in the mortgage broking sector, having forged a successful career as a mortgage broker and having worked in BDM roles with St George, NAB and MLC.

Connective principal, Murray Lees, said Ms Blethyn’s reputation for excellence and professionalism make her the ideal candidate for the role.

"We're very fortunate to have secured the services of someone with Renee's unique skill set acquired through working as a broker as well as a leading BDM with top-tier lenders. The combination of experience Renee brings from these roles marries perfectly with the position,” he said.

"Our operations in WA have expanded rapidly since opening our Perth office in 2009 and Renee will play an instrumental role in ensuring our continued growth in the region.”

Commenting on her appointment, Ms Blethyn said Connective’s unique business model was a key drawcard and she looks forward to the challenge of further expanding the aggregator’s footprint in Western Australia.

“Connective’s business model is based on providing a fairer deal and that’s an attractive proposition to market to brokers.

“Connective consistently challenges the status quo and always looks to innovate. The company is progressive and fast-paced and I’m excited to be onboard and to make a meaningful contribution to its ongoing success,” she said.
