The program, 'Connective Academy', comprises a day of three two-hour interactive workshops. The programs will be held monthly, running in all states and open to all brokers, regardless of their aggregation group.
Sessions are free, and attendees can claim two CPD points per workshop.
Modules are designed to cover industry-specific issues and to support both the professional development of brokers and the growth of their businesses.
Topics covered will include market planning, lead generation, building repeat business, client relationship management, recruitment strategies, leadership coaching, succession planning, brand development and scripting.
"These modules are really about taking people out of their business to refocus on their operation and put in practice management improvements," said FrontRunner Consulting's Doug Mathlin, session facilitator and columnist for The Adviser.
"It's structured, it's deliberate and it's specific to business owners in the mortgage broking space."
According to Connective, "this is no 'sit and listen' lecture", with sessions designed to encourage interactive participation as well as discussion and networking with peers.
While three topics are scheduled to be covered each month, there will also be opportunities to request content for inclusion.
