Choice Aggregation Services has unveiled a new work/life balance program for its broker partners.

Speaking to The Adviser, Choice’s chief executive Stephen Moore said the new program was created to help brokers enhance their professional and personal performance.

“The program champions a holistic approach to business performance as well as personal success and work life balance,” Mr Moore said.

“We rolled the program out to a select group of brokers a few months ago and the feedback was so positive that we have decided to roll the program out across the whole group.”

As part of the program, Mr Moore said Choice will work with brokers to understand what elements they need to be successful.

The aggregator works with brokers to understand which times of the day they are most productive and then establishes a management program that helps them maximise their time.

In addition, the program works with brokers on injecting a bit of work/life balance. It gives them exercise and diet tips as well as general recovery tips.

“No broker can work 20 hours a day, seven days a week. They need to take the time to recover – this is very important to their success in business. This program identifies the best methods for recovery and then helps brokers implement those methods into their daily life,” Mr Moore says.

“We have had the program running for a few months and brokers have been overwhelmed. I have had many tell me that they are now productive in business as a result of the program.”
