One of Australia’s largest aggregation groups has sent a strong signal to the rest of the industry that it is ready and willing to grow in size and scale.

Speaking to The Adviser, Connective principal Murray Lees said the company had “bullish” growth plans for the future that included taking on an “unlimited” number of brokers.

“Our goal is to have every broker that should be aggregating under Connective, aggregating under Connective within the next few years,” he said.

“I think when you put a number on your growth you ultimately limit yourselves to that number. We do not want to limit ourselves and our growth.

“Moving forward we are all about growing our broker numbers, which will lead to growth in volume. For us it is also about engaging those brokers and making sure we offer them all the services they need to be as profitable as possible.”
