According to a company statement on the ASX, David Hancock has left his position of CEO after assisting the company with its “recent transitional phase”.
Chairman Eric Dodd thanked Mr Hancock for his contribution to Firstfolio as chief executive officer and consultant.
Greg Pynt and Tony Harris will now act as executive directors while a search is conducted for a permanent chief executive officer.
Mr Pynt will oversee the activities of Firstfolio Capital, while Mr Harris will oversee the company’s broader operating activities.
Mr Hancock’s departure from the role comes just five months former managing director and chief executive officer Mark Forsyth left the position under a cloud of intrigue.
