Speaking at the Bernie Lewis advice conference in Noosa last week, Mr Lipkiewicz said tomorrow's aggregator will have to offer their brokers more than transactional mortgage support.
"Aggregators will have to provide holistic financial services and support," he said.
"It is what the customer is demanding and it is what must be delivered. Customers don't want to use a mortgage broker for their home loan and then head elsewhere for their wealth management, they want the one company to handle all of their financial needs and Australia's aggregators will have to ensure that they give their brokers the necessary support to do just that."
Mr Lipkiewicz said some aggregators were already doing this, with Mortgage Choice recently launching its financial planning arm alongside its home loan business.
"We are already seeing examples of this in the market place, but I expect to see a lot more aggregators doing this in the future," he said.
