Ballast announced it would partner with Go Gecko real estate franchises and their clients, offering the aggregator’s brokers new leads.
Ballast’s chief executive Frank Paratore said the new alliance made good business sense for both parties.
“Ballast welcomes Go Gecko Real Estate. We are delighted to be adding a new financial services dimension to all Go Gecko Real Estate offices and their business through not only our full-service lending and aggregation platform but our complete financial services offering,” he said.
Go Gecko chief executive Noel Scully said the relationship would mean potential home buyers would be given access to a variety of financial services.
“Our relationship with Ballast enables all Go Gecko offices to provide our clients with access to a variety of financial services, saving them time and money. With the best interests of our clients at heart, our offices can combine with Ballast to point them in the right direction and provide further value,” Mr Scully said.
