One of Australia’s aggregators has appointed its first regional business development manager in NSW.

Yesterday, LoanKit said it had appointed Philippa Feher to work with its brokers located in the North, West and Central Coast as well as Newcastly and Hunter regions.

According to Loankit’s chief executive Simon Dehne, Ms Feher brings a wealth of experience to the team, including 15 years in finance and lending.

“I am very happy to have Philippa on board, as I know she is extremely capable of providing our regional New South Wales brokers with the skills and direction needed to help them grow their businesses,” Mr Dehne said.

“Philippa will be able to regularly service regional areas of the state that are often hard for us to visit on a regular basis, meaning that our brokers in those locations have access to  the level of support they need and deserve from us as an aggregator.

“We also look forward to leveraging off of Philippa’s knowledge of the local demographic, her wealth of industry experience and the existing relationships she has built over the years with local lender BDMs. Philippa is without a doubt, a great new addition to the team.”

A local girl from the Hunter Valley, Ms feher said she is thrilled to be taking on this new career challenge in her home town.

“I am very excited to be working with the team at LoanKit, who are passionate about helping brokers achieve their career goals. My aim is to ensure that brokers in the regional areas of New South Wales are receiving the best possible guidance to help them reach their full potential,” she said.

“I was first attracted to LoanKit because of its flexibility to allow its brokers to tailor an aggregation solution to them by way of tools and services that best suits their individual business needs. Another drawcard was the easy to use software that has been built by a broker for a broker.

“I look forward to recruiting the best of breed brokers and building long-term, successful relationships with the LoanKit brokers in my region.”
