Loan Market Group has announced the launch of a television advertising campaign to boost branding as well as capitalise on what it perceives to be “one of the best years in history to venture into the property market”.
The brokerage’s executive director John Kolenda said the combination of low interest rates, softer property prices and government incentives have made the housing market particularly appealing – especially for first home buyers.

According to Mr Kolenda, the company’s adverts – which go to air January 3 – have been “designed to make sure that they [first home buyers] have access to the full funding available".
