The electronic conveyancing revolution has taken a further step forward with a new partnership signed this week.
Data analytics company Veda will help members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers transition to e-conveyancing ahead of the introduction of the new system in late 2014.

Veda’s general manager of commercial and property services, Carol Chris, said e-conveyancing would lead to “faster and more accurate online settlement”.
“When you consider there are over one million property transactions a year in Australia, the move to e-conveyancing presents a big opportunity for the industry in terms of speed and efficiency,” she said.
“We know this is a big change for the industry and we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers.”
