Global real estate investors have tabled Sydney as the ninth most sought after property market to invest in.
According to the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate’s 2007 survey, Sydney achieved its ninth place ranking after jumping six places up the ladder from 2006, when it ranked fifteenth.
The survey was conducted during the fourth quarter of 2007.

Australia as a whole also ranked fourth in the most stable and secure countries to invest in the survey revealed – up from fifth place in 2006.
