New research by market analyst firm DBM Consultants has revealed that ANZ and CBA ranked highest in terms of overall business banking satisfaction.
ANZ topped the satisfaction charts in relation to micro business customers (less than $1 million net profit), coming in at 7.2 out of 10, despite having the weakest ranking for large business (over $50 million) customer satisfaction.
Meanwhile, CBA ranked consistently in the 7 out of 10 mark across all business sizes.
“What we can see is that different banks perform quite differently in different segments of the market,” MBM Consultants managing director Dhruba Gupta told The Australian Financial Review.
Westpac placed third in the survey, followed by NAB in fourth position.
