With over 20 years’ experience in demographic analysis, Mr Salt, partner at KPMG, will bring invaluable insight to the third annual conference, RFi managing director Alan Shields said.
“Bernard Salt is a recognised expert in local, national and global demographic trends and we are thrilled to announce him as our 2013 keynote,” Mr Shields said.
“With demographic changes one of the most significant drivers of the housing and mortgage markets, Bernard’s analysis and forecasts for demographic evolution in Australia will be a highlight of this year’s agenda and invaluable to any mortgage lending professional. The key questions that we will be looking to address are how a much larger population is going to be housed and the types of properties that will be demanded by new demographic sub-groups,” he said.
The Australian Mortgage Conference 2013 will take place on Friday 15 February at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
