According to a recent survey by Ray White, buyers want environmentally-friendly investments when purchasing a newly built property.
Eighty per cent of the buyers surveyed said they were more attracted to a property built with sustainability in mind and were more likely to purchase a property that was sympathetic to the natural environment.
Dan White, director of Ray White Projects, said this sentiment matches the initiatives many developers are employing for current and future projects.
