Generation Next is for brokers under 35, or with fewer than two years’ experience, and will be held twice per year.
McGrath Real Estate founder John McGrath will be the keynote speaker in Sydney, while RT Edgar director Glen Coutino and Fletchers Real Estate director Nathan Foley will speak in Melbourne.
My Mortgage Freedom chief executive Anthony Alabakov, who is helping to organise the events, said brokers will learn prospecting tips that they can implement immediately.
“There are some really good things real estate agents do better than mortgage brokers around prospecting and going out and sourcing new clients,” he told The Adviser.
Mr Alabakov said the networking sessions will be a good opportunity for young brokers to share experiences about what had and had not worked during their careers to date.
The Sydney event will be held on June 6 and the Melbourne event on June 27.
