Pepper's director of sales and distribution, Mario Rehayem, said Pepper already delivers same-day turnarounds for brokers who are familiar with its requirements.
"Supporting Docs will allow a first-time user to know upfront exactly what we want and when we want it, and therefore operate in the same way as an experienced advocate," he said.
"We're currently turning around applications in one day. So imagine what we'll be able to do with this new addition to the system."
Pepper uses ApplyOnline to process loans all the way to settlement. Currently, the only thing that takes time in delivering superior turnaround times is verifying and indexing the supporting documents.
NextGen.Net sales director Tony Carn said ApplyOnline Supporting Documents would automate the process and further improve Pepper's turnaround times.
"It is often assumed that a specialist loan is more complex than a prime loan. The fact is that often they're not and Pepper is renowned for making the process very simple," Mr Carn said.
"They have a great offering and they use technology well to make it an easy, simple and transparent process."
