Astute unveils first white-label product

Astute Financial has successfully rolled out its first branded home loan to its entire national network of brokers following a successful pilot launch late last year.

Partnering with Advantedge, Astute said its new Simplicity Home Loan meets the needs of a significant proportion of the home loan market.

“For Astute customers, it provides a product that is well matched to their needs and offers a competitive rate, backed by a strong lender,” the group said.

Astute director Brad Wood said the company strives to deliver simple, straightforward solutions to clients through expertise in all facets of finance, insurance and wealth.

“In working with Advantedge, we were looking for a product that was simple and delivered the best possible experience to both our brokers and customers,” Mr Wood said.

Astute partnered with Advantedge to invest in key areas across branding, service and sales, which has paid off in terms of the unprecedented interest the company has received from the pilot group, according to Mr Wood.

“We had brokers settling multi-million dollar deals and giving great feedback on their experience,” he said.

Brett Halliwell, Advantedge’s general manager of distribution, agreed that the response to the new white-label offering has been overwhelmingly positive from brokers.

“We are proud to have been selected by Astute to create its first white-label loan product, and have worked closely with their team to develop a proposition that fits the broker and customer experience,” Mr Halliwell said.
